Cupcakes

To make cupcakes you need 

125g of butter

3/4 of sugar

1 t of vanilla escense 

2 eggs size 7

1 1/2 c plain flour 

2 t baking powder

1/2 milk

Steps:

1. Cream butter in a large bowl. Use a wooden spoon

2. Add sugar and continue creaming until light and fluffy

3. Add vanilla essence and beat briefly
