Cookies

100g butter
½  cup of sugar
½ cup of brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 ½ cups of flower

½ tsp of baking powder

 ½ choc chip

Method: soften butter and add both sugars and cream these together. Beat in the and vanilla essence then mix into the dry ingredients. Roll into medium sized balls make sure the mixture is not to wet! But on a well greased baking tray. They should not spread too much so flatten slightly at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Tips: you can easily half this recipe or you can freeze then cut into 12 piece while frozen.

Comments: we only make 12 cookies we each had 3 cookies. my group mucked up the recipe but in the end they turned out fine they were really sweet besides that they were good.

What is the difference between cookie mixture and cake mixture cookie mixture makes dough cake mixture makes batter.
